The Jean Bru Maison d'Accueil is a unique therapeutic home for young girls who have been subjected to acts of violence including sexual abuse, incest or maltreatment. The home provides a comprehensive service including residential care, medical assistance and psychological support. The home provides total care for the admitted young person.

An experimental facility, the only one of its kind in France

Dr. Nicole Bru established the Jean Bru Maison d'accueil in 1996.

This innovative children and young person's establishment is located in Agen, in the southwest of France. It is the first home to provide residential care for young girls victims of sexual abuse or incest.

The "Association Docteurs Bru", which manages the Maison d'accueil, also aims to share its experience with other of institutions and professionals working in the field of child sexual abuse.
